Jaume Francesch Serrat. Violin

Born in Barcelona, ​​he began his music theory and violin studies with his father, Jaume Francesch i Saenz.

Subsequently, he studied with Gerard Claret and Joaquín Palomares, and finished his degree at the Adavanced Music Conservatory of Liceo with the maestro Evelio Tieles.

At the age of 19 he accedes through oppositions to the Vallés Symphony Orchestra.

He has also been a member of the Catalan Chamber Orchestra, the Granollers Orchestra, and the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra.

Since 2000, he has worked with the Sextet Gerió and the Girona Orchestra.

Combining this work with teaching, he is a violin teacher at the Preludi and Aula Musical schools in Girona, and at the Casino Menestral School in Figueras.
